Using creative arts and psychodrama, emotional blocks will be removed so actors can feel more spontaneous and creative in their careers and their lives.
Workshop - Taming the Inner Critic™ Actors and performers will explore why the toughest critic to our performances can be ourselves. In a safe and confidential environment, actors will let go of the harsh inner voice that prevents us from enjoying our roles and performances.
Workshop - Managing Performance Jitters™ Actors and performers will explore what causes performance anxiety in a safe and confidential environment. Any historical issues will be worked through to free actors to enjoy their performances fully.
