Ali finished her internship at the Brief Therapy Institute at Nova where she provided therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a solution-focused model to help clients utilize their strengths and foster hope in a safe environment. She completed her externship at a treatment center for eating disorders, trauma, and addiction where she gained invaluable experience working with individuals and their larger systems to overcome challenges and transform maladaptive behaviors into healthy coping skills.

Ali developed a great passion for understanding complex systems and instilling hope in clients to overcome life’s challenges and the unique cards they have been dealt. She loves to utilize a relational approach and thrives as a group therapy facilitator in addition to individual and couples work. Helping clients feel less alone is a goal she deeply cherishes, as connectedness is vital to the human experience.

Completing her Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems, Ali has integrated the IFS model into her therapeutic practice. She engages in deep and meaningful parts work that goes beneath the surface and helps clients develop love and acceptance and connection to Self energy. Using IFS along with strength-based therapy, Ali possesses the unique ability to help clients simultaneously heal and grow as they undergo meaningful transformation. Ali uses she/her pronouns.
