Play Your Parts℠ at Mainline Counseling & Wellness Center

Valerie will present an overview of the hybrid Play Your Parts℠ approach in this experiential workshop utilizing psychodrama and IFS.

Participants will:

• learn fundamentals of IFS and psychodrama
• learn one technique to tap into therapist Self energy
• participate in an experiential exercise to “play a part” that you can use with clients
