Betsy Auray

Betsy Auray is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for fostering healthy connections in the lives of her clients—within themselves and in their relationships. Trained in Internal Family Systems Theory and Psychodrama and rooted in systems theory, Betsy believes in the innate health and strength of the individual.

Using an integrative, attachment-focused approach, Betsy meets her clients “where they are at,” developing relationships grounded in trust and compassion. It is from here that goals are established and a co-created vision for change is formed. When working with families affected by addiction, her familiarity with recovery programs is a framework for the relational approach she uses in individual and family therapy. Sincere and straightforward, Betsy works with a myriad of therapeutic approaches, dedicated to establishing a partnership that is client-centered and results-oriented.

Betsy has been a featured guest on several podcasts and speaks frequently about the transformative power of therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

We are available both for in-person and virtual sessions.
