Open Psychodrama Workshop at CATA – “Navigating the Bermuda Triangle of the Holidays”

PLEASE NOTE THIS WORKSHOP IS THE 3RD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH!

Valerie will run an open psychodrama workshop about the stress that the holiday season can place on us.  Family visits for Thanksgiving, Christmas/Chanukah, and New Year’s Eve can challenge all of us, but for those in recovery, they can test our sobriety.

This psychodrama workshop is open to all, no previous psychodrama or recovery experience is necessary.
