The Inner Stage practice suite is available to rent for a variety of healing arts professionals.

Located in an elegant, pre-war, elevator building with 24-hour security, The Inner Stage practice suite has several options for space rentals for psychotherapists, creative arts therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, massage therapists, tutors or podcasters. 

There are two beautifully decorated smaller offices; one windowed, one without. They are available for rent days, evenings, and weekends.  Both offices are appropriate for individual or couples therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists or tutors. The non-windowed suite also is pin-drop quiet for podcast recording.

For a larger space appropriate for therapy groups, workshops, intensives, community acupuncture, or physical therapy, we offer a lovely larger practice room that can accommodate up to 15 people. Filled with props and art supplies, it is particularly well-appointed for psychodramatists and other creative arts therapists.  Short-term and long-term rentals are available on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

The suite has a coffee bar plus a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Rest rooms are right outside the office. Sound machines, cleaning service, and wifi are included. Each office, plus the waiting room, has an air purifier.

The Inner Stage is conveniently located in the Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan, less than a block from the iconic Carnegie Hall. The F train at 57th St is right near the building, and we are just one stop away from the Upper East Side via both the F/Q lines. We are also within short walking distance of Columbus Circle, with easy access to the 1, A, C, B, D, E, N, R, Q and W train lines. The M5, M7, M10, M20, M104, M31, M57, QM2, QM3, QM4, QM20 & Q32 buses all serve the area as well.
