Grace is a Psychotherapist and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) at The Inner Stage. With over ten years of experience as a professional artist and global performer in the entertainment industry, she invites her clients to discover their innate creativity as a resource for healing. Grace holds a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy from Sarah Lawrence College and earned her BA with an emphasis in Interpersonal and Relationship Communication from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Grace believes in establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients for transformative work to take place. She provides a safe environment to compassionately attend to concerns faced by adult survivors of trauma and sexual trauma. Grace specializes in supporting individuals and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, mood challenges, grief, eating disorders and relationship challenges. She incorporates industry knowledge into therapy for clients looking to cultivate resilience and stability during challenging life experiences and transitions. Grace also works closely with artists and young professionals seeking to enhance their creativity and performance, and embraces body-positive, sex-positive and anti-racist core principles in therapy. Grace’s collaborative approach to therapy fosters client-led goals that are uniquely aligned to an individual’s strengths and lived experiences.
